IDX

Garden State MLS is offering both a Smart Framing IDX solution and an FTP IDX solution.  Offices must Opt-In, using the forms/links below, in order to participate in GSMLS IDX.

For an office to opt-in, the participant must complete this agreement (Broker's Agreement).  

If the office has chosen to allow the agents of the office to participate in IDX, each subscriber that will be implementing GSMLS IDX must complete this agreement (Agent's Agreement).

Information regarding the Smart Framing solution is available here.  Listing information for the Smart Framing site is refreshed at 5:00 am each day and reflects data from the PRIOR day.  This is the only information available for configuring a Smart Framing site.  

The GSMLX logo for use on IDX FTP sites is available here.  The IDX FTP server will make available 7 sets of data in ASCII, tab delimited format.  There is one file for each of the 6 property types along with a translation file that is used to convert list values from a code to their readable format.  Data and images are prepared daily and are available beginning at 5:00 am.
